Our Pet Policy
We allow dogs, cats, and service animals (all must be housebroken; no breeding). Restricted dog breeds include German Shepherds, Akitas, Chow mixes, American Bulldogs, Staffordshire Terriers, Dobermans (mini pinschers allowed), Rottweilers, wolf-dog hybrids, Pit Bulls, Presa Canario, and Canary dogs (50% or more mix). Residents must sign a Pet Addendum and provide a photo. One-time non-refundable pet fee: $350 per pet (due at move‑in); monthly pet rent: $50 per pet. Maximum of two pets per unit. No weight restrictions.
